Pollinator Queen Vase

Queen of pollinators, with forms from garden blooms, the path of the spring bumble bee winding around the surface of this stunning piece. She was thrown on the wheel and altered with handbuilt feet, little details creating dimension to the etched flowing pattern encircling the vase. Carved and slip trailed textures highlight and add depth. Glaze is applied in a watercolor like effect with cascading drips and color pops.
