Unurth is a small batch ceramic studio in Southern Washington featuring the work of Jenn Lamb. All pieces are made in Jenn's studio.

Pieces are all food safe and microwave safe. While they can be washed in the dishwasher, please wash on top shelf. Taking care handling and hand washing when you can will extend the longevity of your piece.

Made to Order: Please allow for up to 4 weeks for making and packing of order. While we do our best to get it to you quickly, our studio load can fluctuate. Send us a note about current lead times. 

In Stock: I often ship next day, however as I am a solo studio owner, please allow 3-5 days for packing. Shipping confirmation will be sent when its on its way!

Shipping is via Fed Ex, UPS + USPS. Buyer may choose shipping rate at checkout.

Returns: All pieces are handcrafted. There may be slight variation in color, texture, and finish. These are not considered flaws as they give each piece a unique character.

In the rare event, something is not as expected, I accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges for exchanges will not be refunded. Please notify us via email with a photo — we will issue a store credit or ship you a replacement piece. 

If an item damaged during shipment, please email a photo within 48 hours of receiving the package to obtain a replacement or refund.
