Present Breath, watercolor on paper

Present Breath is very much about emotions held in the body. Our torso is a vessel- for organs and often holds our emotions. The breath sustains us and carries us in hardship, fear, joy, and comfort. In it we can find peace and solace. In the moment we have all we truly need for the next moment. It speaks to the hope we carry within us and our abilities to tap into it.
